About Scott
Today, I consider myself a multi-skilled engineer, working across both fire and security systems. No two days are the same. I could be installing a fire alarm, intruder alarm or CCTV system, servicing fire extinguishers, investigating faults or carrying out remedial works such as replacing emergency lighting.
I joined Nortec Fire because its values around teamwork, trust and family really stood out to me. We have a great team who genuinely support one another, and I enjoy working with such a varied customer base, from hospitals and care homes to industrial and retail environments. It’s particularly rewarding when customers value our advice and recognise just how important their fire and security systems are to protecting life and property.
Outside of work, I volunteer at my local rugby club, where my children also play. I’m also a keen runner and have completed both the Great North Run and Kielder Marathon.
